Intel's 20A process will be used in the Arrow Lake processors and they will provide a big leap in transistor density, power efficiency and total performance. It’s a big change from Alder Lake and Raptor Lake’s 7nm node.

The new DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0 are supported by Arrow Lake, helping data transfer and memory speeds go faster. As a result, system responsiveness will be improved, by the examples from video editing and gaming that are memory intensive.

We’re expecting Intel’s Arrow Lake processors to arrive in late 2024. Early estimates from pricing not yet announced, hint that the chip will be a competitive price with AMD's Ryzen 8000 series and Apple's M3 chips, which should position the machine at top contender across desktop and laptop markets.
